Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping cost (excl. Dog food 7kg and up):

0 - 1kg £4.95

1 - 2kg £5.95

2 - 4kg £6.95

4kg and up - £8.95

We aim to dispatch your order with 2 business days, However please allow up to 7 for handmade items.

​

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

​

Tracking Details will be sent to your registered email address, Please check your junk folder

​

Run Dog Food:

​

7.5Kg - 15Kg bags, are shipped with FedEx. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

​

Any orders placed on after 2pm on Friday, or on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

​

Run Dog Food has free delivery to MOST mainland UK addresses for the large bags. 

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to the post codes that our courier has designated as Scottish Highlands & Islands, due to a hefty surcharge from our courier.

 

Here is our list of postcodes that incur a surcharge:

AB31-AB38, AB41-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV64, KA27-KA28, KW0-KW17, PA20-PA8-, PH1, PH5-PH10, PH15-PH50, HS1-HS9, ZE1-ZE3

Surcharges will differ depending on order, please contact us for more information - surcharges will be invoiced and require payment before dispatch.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, excluding custom made items and treats, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns postage is to be covered by the buyer.

 
Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.​

 
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 
Customised Handmade Items
We will only accept a  return and refund a customised ADW product if it is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns on a product which has been damaged through incorrect cleaning and/or misuse. 
ADW does not accept any responsibility for any damage or injury caused by misuse including but not limited to excessive pulling or incorrect cleaning. 
Always check the product is intact and in working order before use.
